The Leadership Accelerator takes a small cohort of leaders through three phases—Lead Self, Lead Others, and Lead for Results—over 12 weeks. Each phase builds on the last: you can't lead others well until you understand how you lead yourself, and you can't drive results without both.
This isn't generic leadership theory. Every session is built around real, practical situations—the kind you're actually facing at work right now—so what you learn on Tuesday, you can use on Wednesday.

The Accelerator is for frontline and rising leaders—supervisors, team leads, shift managers, and department managers—who are ready for a more deliberate, structured investment in how they lead. Some join as individuals; many are sent by their employer as part of the company's investment in developing its people.
This program is not designed for senior executives—it's built specifically around the challenges of leading at the frontline.

Watch, then work through it together.
Each week's content is short and practical—watch it on your own time before the live session. Live "Leadership Clinics" aren't re-teaching the content; they're Q&A, scenario-based problem solving, and breakout discussion built around what cohort members are actually facing at work. Select clinics are held in person locally, giving the cohort real face-to-face time together.
Plan for roughly 3–5 hours a week, between the content and live sessions. Every live session is recorded, so missing one doesn't mean falling behind.

When does the next cohort start?

Is this virtual, in person, or both?
Both. Most of the program runs virtually—self-paced content plus live virtual clinics—with select sessions delivered in person locally for the cohort.
What if someone on my team misses a live session?
Every live session is recorded, so they can catch up on their own time without falling behind the rest of the cohort.
Who should we send?
This works best for leaders who genuinely want to grow, not people assigned to fill a seat. If you have someone who's ambitious and hungry for this kind of development, that's who to nominate—not just whoever's available that week.
What happens after the 12 weeks?
Participants leave with a personal leadership plan, an accountability/delegation plan, and a 90-day plan they've presented to the cohort—plus continued access to the Leadership Night School community.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on whether you're enrolling as an individual or sponsoring a group from your company. Reach out and we'll walk through what fits.
Is there a minimum commitment or contract?
No. There's no long-term contract beyond the 12-week program itself.

You'll work directly with Jake Allen, founder of Leadership Night School, throughout the program.
